I recently sold my 87 sedan deville and now I'm in a 80 coop deville . In the 1987 4.1 I needed premium for sure. But what gas should I put in the old school 1989 6.0 ?

The section is for the newer Escalade engines. But, your older engine will probably be fine with regular gas. Most engines of that era weren't very high performance. My '79 425 ran fine on regular.
