A family member recently passed and I've inherited a 1968 Sedan deVille, 4 Door, Spectre Blue Firemist, with White Vinyl top. Purchased on 9/16/68 - the date of the deceased's birthday - by his Maternal Great Grandmother, in Laguna Hills, CA (I believe). It's lived outdoors for about 8 years, has no engine, various parts are in crates in the backseat. There's rust, the vinyl has decomposed in the elements. It was an everyday driver many, many years ago. Now I need to find a new home for it. Should I sell it, scrap it, what? It would be an amazing "passion project" for someone with the right tools and skills and patience. It's in Boise, Idaho and any advice on where to begin would be great.

If my research is correct, the plate data reveals this:
07A (first week of July)
68-68349 (1968 Sedan deVille)
326 (trim is dark blue cloth and leather)
FWD 66374 (Flint, MI and Willow Run, MI and Doraville, GA - I believe)
90-61 (Spectre Blue Firemist Metallic and White / Vinyl Top)

Thanks so much!
