05 Escalade ESV fans weren’t coming on causes it to run hot checked make a long story short ended up pulling entire fan harness and going threw it to determine it needed a good ground. Fans worked still overheated so I replaced the water pump an thermostat truck appeared to be operating normally took it for a test drive temp got up to 235/240 overheating range noticed that the fans come on but doesn’t come on at correct temp they’re coming on too late also noticed when I turned on the heat truck maintained normal operation temp 195-205??? Any suggestions
