I need some input from someone as to why I had to replace my rear rotors at only 12,000 miles on my '05 deville. The inside surface of both were corroded. the pads looked good with normal wear but you could even see the high spots on the rotors with the naked eye. Of course, my dealer didn't want to know "nothin".

I have had that ptroblem but it was on a '97 with 75k on it at the time. I suspect it was parked after getting some road salt trapped under the pad. Hard to explain on an '05 with 12K. I hope they warrantied it.
