I would like to know if I could replace my stock non bose speakers in my 05 cts with new ones without needing anything extra. Stock head unit, stock amp. Just have two bad speakers and need to replace. Thanks.

I don't think you can mix match Bose speakers. Something about ohms? This is why you can't add a separate amp for more power.

If your whole system is non Bose, replace with like speaker size.
