Easy. Pull out the headlight switch assembly. Then a little to the right is a black rectangle mounted to some metal. Pull the square and connector towards you until its loose. Then unplug the old flasher.

This video is from a Deville, but on an Eldo its similar. You may not need a screwdriver to remove the assembly. I pulled it out using the headlamp switch knob

Me personally, I replaced it with one from the junkyard. The EP 34 Aftermarket replacement is crap. It doesn't flash rhythmically and is quieter.
