Hey guys haven't posted in awhile. My truck has been running good. The other day i tried to turn it on and it makes 1 click and goes dead. The battery is new, the alternator is good. I checked the connections everything seemed solid. Everytime i put the key in the ignition there is no crank just 1 click and thats all. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Probably the solenoid on the starter is my guess.

They usually are easy to replace. I've never replaced one on an Escalade. Usually a couple of bolts and a wire that you reattach. Just depends on how hard they are to get to. I would post your issue on the 99-06 forum, and I'm sure someone can walk you through it. You're on the wrong site with an 02.
