Well it finally got warm enough to try out the A/C. Blows nice and cold on the drivers side but it's blowing heat on the passenger side no matter where I set the passenger temp.

First check for codes... sticky at top of the Seville/Eldo page. Post back with definitions.

Luckily on the Eldo the blend doors are easily accessed, the passenger side actuator is behind the glove box. The driver side is just behind the lower dash cover.

I was just about to post the same thing about my 99 STS, except mine is hot air drivers side, cold AC passenger side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
99 STS is a different system all together. There was a post just yesterday with the same issue on a 2000, check that. Warm on driver side and cold on passenger could indicate a low refrigerant charge, or blend door issues. Check the codes first.

Finally got the car from my wife to check codes. I have no current codes. I have a B1341 in the hisory - air mix door two movement fault - but like I say that's a history code. What's my next move? If it's the blend door actuator am I looking at a replacement part? Could it just be sticky from no use over winter?

Sounds like an air mix door actuator that needs to be replaced. You can try running the temp from MIN to MAX to exercise it in the event it is sticky. If you hear it clicking, that is a sign that the gears are stripped.
