I have put 3 quarts of fluid in the transaxle and it is low again, I have done :want:this over 3 days. I suspect its getting into the coolant, how much is this going to set me back. gene

Check your coolant. Do you see trans fluid in it? If so, it will set you back the price of a radiator. If not, check the trans cooler lines for leaks. You may only have to tighten a fitting.

Are you sure it's not leaking somewhere externally? Why do you assume it's mixing with coolant?

Jack the car and inspect the axle seals, the trans pan and the side cover gasket. If you're loosing that much that quickly I would think you'd see something on the ground. The likelihood of the radiator having an internal leak is almost no existent. Unless of course someone has seriously abused the coolant system by maybe running straight water or something.
