Cadillac SRX First Generation Forum 2004-2009
My wife worries about roll-over with our truck based SUV so I wanted to show her the tv ad that features the cornering skill of the SRX. I have been unable to locate this online. Does someone know where I might find the video online?

Ok just wanted to share this incase someone else would like to use this as their wallpaper. It came out real well with one slight exception being the sign in the background by the rear window/trunk area. http://www.cadillacforums.com/photopost/data/502/9062Mvc-004f-med.jpg
  4. Favorite Books

    Informal Lounge, Introductions, General Discussion
We seem to be a fairly intelligent group, the type that would read for fun, so I was wondering what everyone's favorite books are. I mean actual pieces of literature, not Cadillac books, although that could be the subject for another thread. My favorite book is Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, it's...

RWD 19xx-1984 DeVille and Fleetwood,1985-1996 Flee
Hey all, Im 15 and I just got a 1976 Deville four door hard top given to me by my grandfather. It has a 500ci V8 currently in it and obviously it gets very poor fuel economy (10mpg). Therefor I am forced to look at other alternatives if I wish to drive the car when I turn 16. I have a Chevy...

    HT4100 4.1, 4.5, 4.9
I have seen a few things here lately that have disturbed me. So I want to talk about what nasty things a car can do. First, Fuel. We all will have a problem with the fuel system sometime. The best thing to remember is that an injected engine has its fuel pressurized at around 45 pounds per...

    2004-2007 Cadillac CTS-V General Discussion
Jeez, I hope this isn't any clue what I'm in for this weekend during AutoX. Roads were slick and rainy on the way to work this a.m., and I of course took my favorite, tail sliding route on the way in. However, nearly every time I kicked the rearend out for a controlled slide through the corner I...
  11. Drove an STS

Cadillac STS Forum 2005 through 2012
I recently had a chance to drive an STS. It had the V6, so I can comment that it felt quite quick. In fact, I didn't know it wasnt the V8 until I got out. Other than the 6 the car was pretty much loaded. My favorite features were Cooled Seats, Bluetooth, and Keyless Start.

I've been looking around for a billet grille for my 97 STS. This one http://www.egclassic.com/cadgrille3.htm is by far my favorite but it's only available for 98 and up. Is there anyway to make it fit or is there a 97 and under version out there somewhere? thanks.
  13. Acura RL - Big car, small engine...

Cadillac or competing brand model ? Why ?
Okay. In just about every Acura review online, you'll see something in regards to how people want the big "v8" in their big luxury car.. But is it going to be like this for long? Has it already changed? When I list my favorite big luxury cars - I think of my own Fleetwood Brougham, the Lexus LS...

Midway in size between a pre 1974 compact and intermediate, and powered by a version of the US Valiant I6 fitted with a "Hemi" style cylinder head (Hemi as in that normally associated with V8s). Top version was a model called...

I'm thinking of trying this new wax from eagle one: I've been using mothers car wash and McGuires Cleaner/Wax but I still want a regular wax to use after the cleaner/wax. I was going to get MG Gold Glass until I saw the NanoWax. Anyone tried it yet?
