      Yes, the same thing happened to me. I ordered Premium lux been waiting since October 6th. I canceled the rear entertainment system cause of the long hold-up and ordered the ones on Amazon which are better than what comes to with the Escalade originally. These are 4k high definition and can be installed by your dealer. BTW they have removed the rear navigation feature and USB functionality also Miricast so they're pretty much useless.       Had the same idea but thinking I will use iPads instead. Will hardwire them in so no cords show
