Getting CUE to work outside of a car

    Hi everyone-

Does anyone have diagrams or guidance on how to get a CUE module to function without being connected to a car?

I.E: apply +12V power to what wires, etc

    Thank you!

@big_c, Is this for the cue screen you changed 8 or 9 months ago, or is this another one? I'm going to tag along on your post, because I want to see any information that you may receive. CCClarke would be the first electrical person who I would ask for info. He probably has a wiring diagram for the large connector on the back of the CUE stack. I suppose you would also need/want the diagram for the smaller data cable that goes to sends the touch information to the HMI.

If it is the screen you got from cuescreens, have you contacted Charles and told him about your situation?

No, this is for another car project. I bought a salvage flood ELR and I am trying to get the electronics sorted out. Was looking to diagnose if CUE module is ok or if I have a wiring/fuse box fault somewhere, before I start replacing parts at random.

The screen from cuescreens is performing fine in my ATS

@big_c, were you able to find the schematics you needed to help with outboarding the cue monitor?
