2011 Escalade - how to replace rear actuator

after having nothing but hot air coming out the back vents, watching numerous videos and tutorials, I decided to take apart the rear passenger side panel to see if the actuator has gone bad.

Good news - taking the panels off took under 5 minutes
Bad news - the casing that holds the blower and has the moveable vents does not come off from inside the truck and the actuators are on the other side or of the casing (between casing and the inner panel of the truck). Every single video and even the DIY from Autozone have the actuators on the outside of the casing, easily accessible, but not mine!

Is there no way to take the casing off from inside the truck?

Lastly, Anyone know what the GM part # would be for the actuator?

I am attaching pics of the casing and the actuator
