Well I only have have 90,000 miles on my 2011 Coupe. But I had bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty when I got the car at 58,000 miles for 3 years 36,000.
at 76,000 warranty; pwr str pump, rack&pinion frt upper control arms $3,780.00
at 80,000 Atlernator, Cadillac of LV $1,000.00
at 91,000 DRV Door latch warranty $800
at 85,000 ENG. Rear Main Seal and 2 engine mounts $3,500
at 87,500 Replace, all steering shafts and electric str column Adjuster, Clock spring & turn signal switch, WARRANTY $2,300.

total $11,380. some of that is rental car included cost. and since it was under full warranty all was OEM NEW parts done a Cadillac dealer @ $165 per hr labor rate.

Purchased a 2011 CTS 3.0 RWD in October 2017 with 113K on the clock. Today the car has just over 126K and the only repairs have been a right rear hub assembly because the magnetic ring was broken. The car feels solid, no rattles or squeaks, and rides and drives like a Cadillac should. So far I have been happy with the car, but holding my breath just waiting for the next BIG repair.

They're not all lemons. Mine had the radio and some headlamp wiring replaced under warranty by the first owner. Since I've owned it I replaced the 10 year old tpms sensors and the battery. It's only got 71k miles though.

This past March I bought a '08 CTS4 with 133,000 miles - runs like a champ - the only issues so far: missing front splash shield and damages front left inner fender (both replaced) - high mile cars are no big deal to me - I traded a '08 Grand Marquis with 191,000 miles on-running perfect - before that a '05 Sierra 154,000 miles on it. Several others before that. These cars are tanks and will run forever as long as you take care of them.

175k on the clock. GM replaced my transmission at 52k. I replaced my engine at somewhere around 105k or so due to stupidity. Other than that this car has been a champion.

    Re: Any High Mileage CTS'?

Have had a lot of cars with over 100,000 miles but also tend to keep ones I like for decades. Agree that with proper maintenance 200 and even 300 thousand miles is not unusual for modern cars. CTSC with Premium has 59k miles and am slowly getting it to be the great road car it can be, mostly removing dysfunctional bling (to be honest a R171 Merc has more) and changing to tires that are excellent in the rain with 325s on all four and now has an AGM in the trunk. Do buy Mobil 1 by the case. To do is to soften the rear shocks a bit, rain channels across intersections can be interesting.

Best thing is that GM cars are designed for American drivers even the Fiero (had several but too low in an SUV world) had lots of leg room and seat reclined, the SLKs were designed for 5'7" max.

My son's CTS has 200,000 miles. Timing chain replaced under recall or service bulletin at 30,000 miles. A few front suspension components have been replaced and a couple of wheel bearings. The electric switches in the door handles are a pain and don't last long. Burns a qt of oil every 3,000 miles. One ignition coil replaced. It's rusting but we live in the rust belt. Not a bad car.

My 2008 CTS AWD Premium has 186,000 miles. Owned it for 8 years. Just do regular maintenance on it. Had the timing chain done under warranty. A hub sensor went bad. The transmission coolant lines leaked at one point. The white diamond paint is still in pristine condition. Hope to continue driving it well in to 200,000.

At your current rate of driving you should be at 200k in a year.

These can't be bad cars or they would have Never sold in the numbers they have been selling over the past 16 years.

Two to approx 120,000, one to 80,000+, one to approx 50,000

This does NOT include regular maintenance:

2005 Prem Ed to about 120,000: Initial problem with wiring in headliner one in car was stained, replacement had bad wiring, good one installed, under warranty (only a few months old at the time). Can't think of anything else. Diff bushing at about 90,000 replaced - under warranty, I think. Traded for 2008

2008 AWD Prem Ed to about 50,000 or 60,000: No issues while we had it. Traded for 2011

2011 Prem Ed Black currently at approx 120,000: Water pump failed replaced under CPO warranty. Drive shaft broke, replaced under extended warranty (not CPO)

2011 Prem Ed Red currently at approx 80,000: No issues that I can recall.
