    CTS vs. STS

Just checking but is there any difference between the 3.6L V6 engines in the CTS and STS cars? My roommate is looking to get one of these engines for his sandrail and was just curious before dropping some cash on one of these motors.

    Re: CTS vs. STS

Welcome to the forum 2nd2none, the engines are identical including the horsepower specs. If you do buy, make sure you replace the ECU if your planning on modding beyond stock. No one has found a way to crack it to allow for further performance upgrades.
