How hard would it be to

replace my 3.2 with a 3.6? someone told me it wouldnt be hard but im not sure on what all would have to be done.

It would be much easier and probably far more economical to sell your current CTS and buy a different one with the 3.6.

Anything is possible with enough money, but like 2004CTS said you'd be better off justing buying one with a 3.6.
