    whats the difference?

I have a catera and I am interested in upgrading the engine. I know the several people have swapped the 3.0 with the 3.2 ... As they always say, bigger is better, 55 hp increase sounds better to than only 20. Is the 3.6 the same as the 3.0 and 3.2? if not what are the differences.
