    IO39 Service Ride Control

I have been reading the threads on this IO39 code. very interesting! I have the same problem on my 95 Deville I just had a new transmission put in by the Cadillac dealer. When I got the car back the IO39 code has stated to come on each time I start the car. The dealer told me I probably needed new struts on the front at a very expensive cost. I don't believe that replacing the transmission would cause me to need new struts. Does anyone out there think that the dealer may have left some wires loose somewhere under the car? If so where and how do I find the loose wire? I have looked all under the car and do not see any loose wires.

    Thanks for the help.
