Problem with By-Pass Relay from Arnott

I have bought a set of rear air suspension from Arnott Inc. to my DeVille 1995.
My problem is that:
On the Installing Instructions for the Dash light bypass relay will they refer to the 1994 Eldorado, Seville, Deville Service Manual, page 8A-43-14.
I own the same Service manual but to the 1995 wich is my year of carmodel. And this page will not exist in this manual. The highest 8A-43- is page 7. after that there will be page 8A-44-0. Antilock brake system.
I think that there will be page 8A-42-6 and 8A-42-7 i will look at In the 1995 manual (Electric level control (ELC) with 4,9l powertrain) but I can´t found circuit 370 (RED). I don´t now where is will found this on the vehicle either, inside or outside the car ,in trunk or under seat or ???
I have send three mail to Arnotts Tech Assistance but they will not answer me !

Does ARNOTT usually have good customer service? I have heard both sides.....

I apologise for not following through with what I had originally posted. I seem to have misplaced my FSM somewhere and am doing my best to look for it...

I have no earlier experience about the customer service from Arnott, but now I have got A really bad impression when they not will answer my email about my question, If you will send three mail with the same question and will got no answer then you will give up and try another way to solve the problem.
And newer buy anything from that place again.

So please help me with some tech assistans, maybee somebody have the 1994 Service manual and can make a PDF-copy of the actually sides. (8A-43-14).

I have an all arnott system on one of mine...call their customer support number, and if i recall correctly, Lisa is their caddy guru, ask her over the phone, and she wont rest until you are satisfied.
I have never tried to work with them via e-mail, but over the phone they were outstanding
