    Unhappyfront wheel fire!

I was a tad freaked out to have my wheel in flames recently!
I have a 92 sedan deville. I had a hard brake app., and the abs worked. when i let the brake off, the car slowwed right down and felt hindered.I srrived a few blocks later and found flames shooting out of the holes in the rim.
my mechanic said the flex hose caved in, and changed it. then when test driving, it stuck on again . shut car off and on again and drove ok for a bit, then brake on again. he unplugged a bunch of wires under the hood near the grill and said it took the abs off. so now its regular brakes. fine. now, after a 10 minute drive the brake is sticky and wheel heats up.I thought the rotor may be warped from the fire, but whats up with the ABS? computer is screwed maybe and signalling abs to apply any old time? any ideas? :drinker

Sounds like the caliper is sticking, (piston) or the caliper is not floating < >
