Which are the Best Brake Pads 98 STS

    Hi

Just wondering what peoples opinions are for the best brake pad to use.
I just put greenstuffs on, they seem OK, but they squeal like you wouldnt believe, at all speeds, theve been on for 3 weeks and been used quite a bit.
Also, it seems that once these heat up, they lose friction, it seems like they are just gliding over the rotors instead of biting into them.
What are your opinions on the best brake pads to use?

I was originally on the European GM Brakes for my RHD STS but those warped the rotors from heavy braking.

i dont know the exact dimensions of the rotors, but for the weight of the car and heavy braking puts a large load on the rotors...

When you installed the brake pads, did you bed them properly???

I have been using the EBC Sport rotors along with AC Delco Dura Stop ceramic pads on my fronts for about a year now. No problems and the stopping power is much better.

It seems that these pads grip better as they heat up. Hardly any brake dust to speak of either.

Last week, I ordered the rear EBC rotors and have the Dura Stop pads for the rear. Will be doing rear brakes next weekend.

This seems to be a good combination for the 98+ Sevilles.
