    New front shocks

I have a 2000 Escalade with 80K miles.I think I need new front shocks for there is a lot of roll in the vehicle when turning and a sloppy feel. Is there any type of shock that I should look at in particular? I was thinking of the Rancho brand...don't know why other than they looked cool. I do not offroad in this vehicle, but do tow 3500 boat alot in summer.
