    Front end Roughness

I have a 97 Cadillac Catera, I have replaced the lower control arm bushings because I thought that that was the problem, but after getting it back from the dealer it still is there. The problem is this, through the front end steering wheel, floor, pedels you can feel way too much the texture of the road, it feels like something isn't being cushioned. It should feel smooth, but it dosent when the road texture changes you can really feel it, its harsh, but it takes bumps ok so I dont think that it is struts, Please please please help!

    Re: Front end Roughness

This was brought up almost identically on a Seville STS not long ago. I don't think a "fix" was ever found. It sounded more like the person was just overly sensitive to the normal ride.

Has it always felt this way to you? You might try less air in the tires. Different tires may also "fix" it.
