    GMPartsDirect

Well I found the part number for the Right Front Position Sensor. Dealer price is $344.00. GMPartsDirect price is $196.00 before shipping. Has anyone had any problems dealing with them? Just thought I would check before spending the dollars. Thanks for any info.

    Re: GMPartsDirect

I have, and am currently, dealing with www.gmpartsdirect.com. They are the bomb. The dealer name is Flow Chevrolet in North Carolina. Thier prices are unmatched. Thier shipping and handling is quite high, but thier bottom line, is cheapest overall. So far I have saved about $145.00 by using them. They have a permanent customer in me, as long as, they keep the prices down.

If you have to special order any parts from them, it will take about two weeks to receive them. No problem, unless, you need the parts now.

I've done business with both. You won't go wrong with either.

    Re: GMPartsDirect

I made an error in my previous post. I have not saved $145.00, I have saved near $245.00. I have so far ordered front struts (waiting for them to arrive), rear shocks, and 3 door checks. GMPD rocks.

I have dealt with them as well. They saved me 50% off dealer prices. I am going to order my alternator and blower motor for my SLS from them or Brasington(www.gmotors.com) both are great sites and have low prices. My Idler Pulley was a special order product and it took 2-2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

Just go to your local dealer with those prices quoted online, and see if they will match them. I usually do this, and most of my local dealers will match and/or beat the prices. Of course, I give out strip club VIP passes to the boys in the parts dept. for taking care of me....heh.

gmpartsdirect.com is EXCELLENT! I find them to be cheaper than any and service is great. You will save at least half.
