Anti-Lock light on 1988 Eldorado Biarritz.

Just wondering if anyone knows anythng on this one. I just got this car last week, already repaired a lowbeam headlight, trunk power pull-down problem (went to manual with it, did not get the motor to work), stereo replacement still in process (factory antenna connector is too small for the AIWA AM/FM/CD unit). Crusie control is not working even though the light comes on when swtiched to on. And, the AC Compressor is not engaging.
The brakes are sqeaking and I can replace the brake pads.
Just wondering if this could solve the Anti-Lock light problem.

Replaced brake pads. Wow, they were worn more than any other set of brake pads I have replaced yet.
Looks like the brake light has stopped staying lit like it did before for too long.

The anti-lock light is still on though.

Maybe you can find an answer here.

Maybe your sensers need changing? This might be a reason why your ABS light is stayn on.
Some think you need to buy the manufatures brake pads.

It's a pretty good link above maybe you'll find something.

I am no mechanic or even know much about auto's so don't take my suggestions to seriously. LOL just thought I'd toss a few suggestions out there!
