    Seville SLS ride height

Is the rear ride height adjustable? The back of my car seems to be too high. Is thier an adjustment, that would make the rear of the car lower to the ground, and have the auto adjust shocks, adjust to the new height? Thanks for any input.

There is a way to adjust the sensor's arm in the back of the car underneath. I will find the insturctions tonite on my alldata software....i might try doing it to dude cause these cars look bad with the suspension up so hight compared to the front.

    Re: Seville SLS ride height

Not bad for a 5 year old thread !!!

The ELC is set to carry the car with about a 1/2" to 1" forward rake and the arm length is not adjustable, but there is some sort of a ride height adjustment setting with a Scan-II (GM dealer diagnostic/programming) electronic tool. For the 2002 it's called a "Bump stop learn" procedure.

If your rear suspension is obviously too high, then you need to use the car's factory built-in code reader/scanner system to determine if any Diagnostic Trouble Codes are set. That will tell you if you have ELC compressor (exhaust valve) or shock absorber problems.
