1972 Sedan Deville Parking Break stuck
I recently inherited a 72 Sedan Deville from my dad that his grandfather owned and that was in storage for quite some time. Unfortunately it was not stored correctly and the emergency/parking break cable rusted shut and had to be disconnected and now has to be replaced, fortunately the rest of the car is sound. I've been looking for replacements parts at various online wholesalers and I'm confused as to what exactly all is needed to fix this problem. To Clarify: Initially the parking break, which was on in storage, would not go down/off and as a result we jacked up the car and discovered the cable was rusted badly. Exactly what parts are needed to fix this issue?
