Replacing Front Struts...What other parts of the assembly should I replace?
91 Cadillac Coupe Deville 62K miles..
I am replacing the front CCR struts. .. with new OEM..CCR's...what other parts of the strut assembly should I replace.. I was thinking about replacing the upper mounts.. but not sure if anything else should be replaced while I am doing it.
Also does anyone know why the front upper mounts were different for the CCR struts and the passive ones.. the parts manual lists one mount for the electronic struts and another one for the passive one.. why would the mounts be different...
Also on the new struts.. am I supposed to be able to pull the piston out manually with my hands .. not sure if this is right
