    1994 Eldorado Service Ride Control

I have a 1994 Eldorado with 49,000 miles and Service Ride Control came on just a few days ago. The car suspension seems fine and the compressor is working but I have the following codes, SO44 = Lift & Dive Signal Fault, SO61 = Right Front Position Sensor and SO66 = Left Rear Position Sensor Overcurrent. Can anybody tell me what needs to be done or give me a suggestion or two. Thanks

I'm curious too. My 94 Deville has the service ride control warning too. I haven't checked codes yet however. Did you figure anything out with yours yet?

Re: 1994 Eldorado Service Ride Control

It seems like no one wants to help on this site so I called the dealerships part department and they gave me some information. They told me since my eldorado had under 50,000 miles I might inspect all four corners of the suspension. I ended up finding that my rear air supply line was rubbing on something and it had rubbed a hole in the air line, so I went to a junk yard got the air line and cleaned all the salt and sand off everything else and did the same to the front suspension and cleared the codes. The only thing that is coming up on the codes know since I have drove it for a couple of hundred miles is a SO66 which is a front left position sensor. I am going to look around a little bit more under that fender and see if I can find anything loose or out of place.
