    can you convert a 1990 cadillac seville from abs brake to regular brake cause i have a hard brake pedal and antilock brake light stays on and brake light stays on

    Get it checked before you do anything. It could be another brake problem causing it.

    First check the codes. If the computer knows to put those lights on then it knows something about the problem.

    It sounds more like a powerbooster issue to me. ex. insufficient vacuum to the power booster, caused by a vacuum leak somewhere, or Bad check valve.
