    rear suspension blues

Ok in january I changed all four struts because the back end was rocky. Then when I changed it the rear end wasn't rising so I came to the conclusion the compressor was bad and when I turned the compressor on when the car was off it made a whine.. So now I changed the rear struts wit monores and a used compressor still no telelight and no rise in the back I moved the knob on the lever that connects to the right tire and nothing. Whats wrong with this car. Is there a way to bypass the old compressor wiring add new wiring to get it to work. Ex compressor elc leveler and struts. I looked on my manual and it says there is a pressure limiter value is this a major part in the air line because I plan to run new airlines
