I have a 1996 cadillac eldorado ETC on 20" rims (255/35/20) I have replaced my front and rears with Boston suspension package about two years ago and it was worse than before afterwards I know it was suppose to loosen up after 500 miles or what not but it didn't and the ride is terrible (bumpy loud etc)!!!! What company should I try next Strutmasters Arnott or other??? Please help me as i do not want to throw money away again.

Quite a bit late on this, but the 20's are half the problem (not much tire between the rim and road), tire pressure may be a bit high. CALL Arnott and explain your problem, and go back to something close to either the active or passive suspension.

You're not the first to fall for the wheel/lowered ride syndrome.
