how is the 08 doing? i still need a tune on mine, after everything was fixed its ready to be retuned since we had to remove and reflash to stock to figure out the issues.
It ok I've spent a month trying to get every thing right and it's still runing hot. But it's fast at least. It brakes the tires loose at 25mph in 1st and and spins for 50+/- feet in 2 and chirps them in to 3&4. And that's with out the snakebite blower.
i might see abouting waiting and putting everything on the day before tuning, you wanna get together and help install it all the day before then he touches it next. lol. dont have a trailer so really no other way for me to do it if he tunes it.
You could install every thing but the injectors and then come in. And I can do that for you. Just dont go over say 4000rpm after the smaller pulley and it will be fine to drive. It's only a wot that it's going to go lean.
You need to come up in June and get a tune. You are only 1.5 hrs away well worth the drive and time. You will think your driving a new car home. He has now tuned 10+ Stsv and count less Ctsv his wife has a 2010 Ctsv that runs 11.0 with just tune exhaust and pulleys. So he knows his stuff.
I like to keep some tq mgt activated. I also broke an axle with the anti wheel hop enabled too. I turn that off now because it doesn't activate until it's way too late.
i think mine is the only one in mo. havent seen another yet. saw one in IL with IL plates, thats been it though. lol
