I finally gave up doing them myself and paid my mechanic to install my motor mounts. WOW what a difference. My factories were busted and looked pitiful. The guy put them on for $377.96 which is more than I wanted to spend but he said it was a huge PITA and required him to drop my exhaust and remove my starter to get them on. Anyhow, they made an amazing improvement and even reduced the driveline clunk slightly. I still need to put the trans mount block and differential bushing in but I'm thinking of updating the diff anyway as it is getting whiny. Anyhow, I'm extremely pleased. $500~ well spent.
I have all the Revshift bushings ready to install. Due to the dang shipping delays I could get my car into the shop before the snow and salt hit. So I'm going to wait another month or so.
I'm excited to see the difference. Glad it was a great investment for you!
I'm sure he meant headers, not sure why the starter would have to come out, and even if it did, it's a mere 2 bolts to remove. Really not any more than 30 seconds of work if you're up there anyway.
