Hi,
Just got my hands on a nice '95 DeVille with only 110k miles. It has the standard (non-Bose) radio. The front speakers are blown, so I need to replace.
There are two speakers on each door. I assume that one is a tweeter, and the other is a woofer. The bottom one is 5.25" and the top is 3-something and a weird shape.
Is there a crossover somewhere that separates the highs and lows?
Or can I just replace the bottom speaker with a 2 or 3 way? What do I do with the top speaker? Just disconnect?
Thanks in advance!
