Okay, let's try a Saturday evening in Old Town, Orlando. I am looking at April 19, 26, May 3rd or May 10th. I would like to do this before the love bug season starts. I think you would all agree it would be nasty to have our cars full of those bugs at the meet.
Does anybody any of the particulars of the big meet. When, time, where? Do we have to contact anybody to let them know we are coming or do we just show up? It would be nice if we could scope out a section for just Caddys'. What so you all think?

I have already hosted 3 meets in this location and all have went over very well. We already have a specific parking lot that they give us let me know and I can help you out on this one and get you set up as far as a roped of area. I do have to have the specifics of date and time before you can book. I also have some people who are not part of this forum in Orlando who have contacted me and have been part of the other meets.I am sure they would like to be notified so I do have there e-mail. Old-Town will put this in there monthly book so if you want to give contact info you will even get people who are not part of this forum to join.You do need to allow time for this meet to have a good turn out. I can tell you that right now that I can not say if me and Tom will be there because the baby will be here in 2 weeks. I have to see how things are going as of April, but if I am healed we will probably come. You should also let the members know that this is a great family setting with much for the kids to do so bring the family and make it a day.
How much time should we allow for this whole in terms of a timeline? I will be happy to be the contact for this thing since it seems that I am organizing this thing. I really do appreciate any help you can give us.
