Question on the Vinyl Decals

Hmmm, this is probably in the wrong place but whatever. I want to know if the Cadillac.com vinyl decals are the type that can be removed and re-applied to glass or if they are glue/adhesive-type that are permanent. Thanks.

They can be applied once,and are easily removed with a razor blade but they would get trashed in the process. They are removable but a one shot deal.

Be sure to keep the receipt from the mechanic who performs the installation... You never know...

Otherwise, yes. These are to be applied once.. I'm not sure I'd use the non-sticky ones - the ones you can re-use - unless you don't have tint and can place them inside the window. Otherwise, they'd probably get peeled off by an idiot.

Anyway. There are two kinds.. One for the inside of a non-tinted window; the other for the outside...

And yes, they're really inexpensive. We're not looking to turn a profit on them (especially after the PayPal fee).. They're mainly to help advertise the site and provide people with a means for local forum members to spot one another on the road...

i had some from Maxima.org, after a couple months they start coming off on their own... i just figured i would give CF a couple months of free advertising

They're cut from a 7 year automotive-grade sign vinyl.

month and a half now, been through rain, and even an automatic car wash, and it is still 100%.

Well, 99.5%, the dot for the i in cadillac never transferred from backing when I applied it.

My fat fingers and poor attention to detail caused my decals to turn into a big wad of vinyl and goo. Is there a simple white on black or white on clear vinyl decal I can install? I suck at these things.
