How could they align the car with worn tie rods??? You say the rotors measure fine, but you're replacing them? try www.rockauto.com for strut pricing.

The right one looked fine. But on the left side the cv axle boot was leaking really bad. The grease was all over. the tires are wiggling a bit but we can save those until after suspension. Its either ball Joints, tie rods(outer) or the "clown" of a mechanic didn't tighten something enough.

And rotors were at the minimum..and if we wanted to re surface them it would've been too thin.

New struts? No way this car will have ride height issues like bob Ross. Unless u change the strut mounts too and they don't work with your new struts.

That Oxy sensor code does not say replace the sensor, it says that bank is too lean. why is it lean? faulty injector? That code needs to be diagnosed before ANY part is purchased!

O2 sensor codes are for the sensors themselves, not fuel mixture.

oxy sensor CODES do NOT reflect a lean or rich mixture -
they DO reflect the operation of the oxy sensor -

you need to read the posts more carefully -
the OP has TWO codes -

    P0135 o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 -

    P0171 lean bank 1

in this case - the faulty O2 sensor COULD cause the lean mixture -
