I wanted to give GM the chance to make it right, but GM Customer Service is simply stating that the warranty is in place for this reason! really? They have Declined my request to Replace it,and would like to "compensate" me for the time I was without my car - whatever that means -
sounds like a free XM Coffee mug and OnStar keychain on it's way to me!
I will let you know how my case progresses to help others with these problems, and let you know if it's necessary for you to go thru an attorney to get any relief, or if GM takes care of their customers on their own.
Absolutely Amazing that GM would knowingly allow and expect a new Cadillac buyer to bring his car in for repairs nearly a full week Every Month for 5 Months in a row and Not take that car off his hands. Amazing.
