Finally got rid of the last trouble code and CE light after replacing the TPS. The dealer repair manual I bought on ebay was and still is invaluable. Now to see what the inspection station thinks! Found where I was slowly losing coolant finally, the shaft seal on the heat water control valve was leaking water into the diaphragm and dripping out. It was hard to find since it drips in the same spot as the AC evaporator. Eliminated it for now waiting on a new one. Thanks for all your help! The best advice which I would have done anyway eventually was to buy the OEM service manual.

First inspection did not pass. The mechanic was a moron but he found a couple valid problems. He tried to tell me the air suspension did not work, but I know better. Finally I figured out what he was trying to say was the car doesn't sit level and I need to see if I can adjust the shocks. They also smelled gas but couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from (apparently wet spot on the tank with a strip of wet soft undercoating leading up to the top of the tank didn't give it away), so they told me I needed new fuel lines front to rear. That's a real popular repair here in Maine, sometimes valid due to salt on the roads. Also the mechanics love it because it's all labor as the lines are cheap. In reality I probably have rust through on the top of the tank, I have a few questions regarding a new tank I'll put in a new thread. They also didn't like my front wheel bearings so I bought new ones and in the course of replacing them discovered the mechanic was overly picky on that and I could have gotten away with packing the old ones, but I had it apart and had the new ones so did it anyway.
