I just asked, she said she approves of the 500 but she doesnt know about pulling the motor yet. I've been outside for the last two weeks between this and other peoples cars.

    Nice work on the floor.

BTW, gears shipped yesterday from the UPS Store!

Thanks, we just gotta tack the corner and put some sealant on it. I was thinking of spraying bedliner on top and bottom to help seal it.

I plan to do the complete floor in bedliner in my 94. I think I will cut the patch out of my parts car. It already has a hole, but it is a lot smaller than the one in my Caprice! I can use another section to patch the patch. A patch withing a patch... INCEPTION PATCH

I would check out lizard skin for the floors, good stuff, spray it on and it seals and deadons sound

Does that car happen to use the same cruise control servo as my 307? If so do you wanna sell it?

Not sure what servo it uses or where it is or, actually, I'm not sure what a cruise control servo is but its yours if you need it.

It sits towards the front of the engine, it has a vacuum diaphragm on it, if it's in good shape it would be a great help.

I got that, took the whole unit off. I'll take a look at it and get back to you. Reminds me I got to look at the hubcaps too. Are you in the states?

Nice to see bedliner working out, thanks Matt. B, I'm in Minneapolis so shipping should be cheap.

Hey y'all, I have a favor to ask. I'm trying to clean up the wiring under the hood and I only have an 83 service manual. The picture below is the center bulkhead connector coming into the engine. It seems to be different from my 84. You would think they were the same. If someone has an 84 service manual, could you post a pic of the center bulkhead connector or see if its different from this. Thanks for any help.

I have the 84 FSM. I won't be home until around 7 EST, though.

Thanks Jay! Also, this is what I've done so far for wiring. Its the other bulkhead connector. I've kept R for fuel pump to oil pressure sensor, and V for ECM ground. I'm unsure about the alternator wiring. Anybody see something out of place or other wires I should keep, let me know.
