Yes at stock height running 245/45 they will rub, if you lower a bit there is actually more clearance and they won't rub. The plastic pins are what rubbed to the point of failure and fell out on mine. I could hear it when I hit bumps mostly. I have kw v3 setup now so its about 1-2 inches lower and the farthest forward part of the tire(center of tire) now sits higher compared to that inner fender area and doesn't rub. I am still holding out hope that the 275/40 will work just need to give it a try one of these days, mostly worried about the inside rubbing since that will be a game over rub or get 3-5mm spacers.

Are you rubbing over bumps or at full lock?

I am running 265/40/R18 Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on all 4 corners with no issues at stock ride height. Hope to get some pictures soon.

It looks like from this thread 275/35/18 should be fine with H&R/FG2 combo. If anyone thinks any different please chime in I am ordering wheels tonight, tires tomorrow.

I run 265/40/R18 Michelin Super Sport with only very occasional rubbing on the unrolled fenders. You might need to roll the fenders a little.

Snow is finally gone and installed 275/40's all 4 corners as promised. They are very tight no more than an index card clearance against the upper control arm joint. I had to raise the ride height some to prevent rubbing against the bumper extension liner.

So are you stock height ? Lowering springs ? Rolled fenders?

Because I'm about to snag these 18x9's up and I hoped to do the H&R springs with the same tire set up you have. Help! Lol

    Thanks.

No rolling here, but it wouldn't hurt, On large bumps I sometimes rub.
