    Chrome is a major heat attraction. Personally the KPE, or ARRIAD ones are a better deal. If you want bling dont go chrome go with the AIRRAID carbon fibre.

    If you don't like the noise, throw the old intake back on. Just about every aftermarket mod you will ever do, will bring some sort of drone, whistle, or annoyance. It just depends on weather the mod is worth to noise. Comparing it to another vehicle, is like comparing apples to oranges. Nothing is the same between a escalade and a cts except for the front logo.
