    Bringing back the dead here.......

    So with the 255 pump in this location how does it regulate fuel pressure?

    With the OE fuel filter omitted from the system, it cannot be regulated at all. There would likely be 100+ PSI (or more) at the rails with the filter removed and a external pump in its place.

    There is a LOT of misinformation throughout this thread...which is odd since it was 5 yrs old at the time and the fuel system was understood.

    haha, yeah this state has become a bit different from the old days....thats for sure. Glad to see you are all around still. I got rid of the V, had a baby, another on the way so tossing the idea around a new V....we shall see
