    At the least, this is an indication that they *recognize* these issues. I don't think we'll ever hear directly from Cadillac what we really want to hear...

    ssmith: Is this a for-real notice that went to dealers? It's almost as if they went down the list of hot topics from this site and from the roadfly site.

    Is there a paper version that someone can get there hands on and post? (without getting in any trouble, of course).

    It was e-mailed to her from someone at Cadillac. It was not made up. I don't know about getting a "paper" copy of it. Most everything she gets are e-mails. I'm sure Miscreant could verify the validity of the document.

    At least they hear our complaints... whether they fix them or not is a different issue, but at least they here that we are complaining about these issues...
