HID upgrade for a 2000 Deville

I have a question about upgrading to HID's. My 2000 Deville has 9006 low beams that are also day-time running lights. Will I be able to use the 35w or 55w HID kits for my low beams if they are on all the time? Or will I have to disable it? Thanks in advance.

    Hello,
You are able to use either 35w or 55w kits on your vehicle. You will require the battery harness with either kit. The daytime running lights should not cause any problems. You can leave then enabled.

    Regards,
    John

Thanks for the quick answer. What does the Battery Harness do?

The battery harness means that main power is pulled from the battery rather than your OEM wiring. Your headlight switch still controls the lights however.

    Hello,
Really any of our kits here: http://store.sharphid.com/category_s/1.htm will work for you. Simply order according to the bulb type. Our Limited Edition kits are great value for money right now and offer a simple compact installation.

    Regards,
    John
