Converting 2000 STS to HID

I'm thinking of converting the headlights and foglights in my 2000 STS to the HID bulbs. I'm looking for a rough idea of cost and what the standard wattage would be vs. whats available. Has anyone done this on a 2000? If so what were your results? I'm just trying to collect all the info before I make the investment. Thanks.

I just had a customer install a set in his low beams on his STS and he loves them - no pictures yet. The installation is fairly easy. The fog lights may be more involved but certainly doable. 35w kits are $80 shipped within the US and 55w kits are $100 currently. You need one kit per pair of lights so two kits for low beams and fog lights.

im considering the same in my 2000 sts. hopefully eventually high, low, and fog.

is there any modification needed for any of these in a 2000 sts?
do you have any pics of the install?

The installation should all be plug and play. Unfortunately I don't have any installation pictures. Someone else here on the forum may have some as I have sold a few kits to STS owners.
