We (Bill, Donna and I) are excited to be on this forum. We are SeeLevel HX, a market research company specializing in automotive research. We have a unique opportunity available for Cadillac owners across the US. We are conducting a study for the Cadillac Motor Car Division which will help drive the brand and owner experience in the future. We are looking for Cadillac owners who are interested in sharing their experience at specific Cadillac Dealership service departments across the US.

You will be a "mystery shopper." You will signup on our website to complete a shop and review the survey and shop instructions before going got the dealership (this is required in order for us to be able to accept your feedback). Then you will go for service on your assigned day for your Cadillac (any year, any mileage, under warranty or not). You will NEVER reveal to the dealership that you are a "mystery shopper" so we can get an unbiased review of your experience. You will then report back to us about your visit by completing an online survey after your visit. The best part about this is we pay you $90 via PayPal for your feedback! Even if your service visit is covered under your warranty, we still pay you $90.

The online survey is brief and only takes about 10 minutes to complete (mostly yes/no questions with a paragraph or two explaining your visit). This is a great opportunity to bring your car in for scheduled maintenance, recall, or warranty work and be compensated for your time. Additionally, your feedback will help shape the future of an iconic American brand.

Some of the qualifying services are: Oil change, Wheel alignment, Tune-up, Replacement engine air filter, Check engine light, State inspection, Brake pads installed, Brake rotor turning or replacing rotors, Purchase tires, Tires balanced due to a vibration, Battery replacement, Replacement of the timing chain or belt, Bad headlight, turn signal or interior light problems or bulbs. Please note: Wiper blade installation or wiper blade repair is NOT an eligible service.
