Red Light Overtop of 60mph speed readout

Hi there I was just driving my caddy and i noticed a red light lit up over top of the speedometer, right over the 60mph mark, i'm concerned that it might be a waring light of some sorts

I dont have user manual so your help would be appreciated

here is the link to photos, and thanks for your reply the manual is great reference i will look into the vacume gauge, but sill no heat good thing in British Columbia we dont get cold winters

keep in mind that I have fixed the wipers since the photos so that front body work is complete again, looks sharp and helps to have working wipers LOL
