Consumer Reports/Consumer Guide did reviews of this car in both its new car editions and in used car editions. They rate the car according to several factors and do road tests. I think this information can still be found online.
Trailer Life magazine did an article in June 1993 on the Fleetwood Brougham towing an Airstream. They test-drove a new (in '93) Fleetwood and gave it an evaluation and talked about its towing capabilities. In 1993, the Fleetwood Brougham was in a class all by itself as a passenger car that was large and powerful enough to tow an Airstream. |
